We are delighted to be a part pf Churches Together Lent course this year looking at the Film “I Daniel Blake”
Each week through Lent sessions will be run across the town to explore themes in the film and explore what our faith has to say about issues as well as about what the issues have to say about our faith.
There was a distinctly Italian flavour to our “Come and …” session this month!
Coming up in April is the churches Annual Parish Meeting. This meeting has many important functions and as part of it we see appointed the PCC for the upcoming year. Chris thought it would be interesting to look at the role and function of the PCC.
We have decided to start a new home group on alternate Monday evenings, from 7:30pm until 9pm, meeting mainly at the vicarage, starting on 20th January.
It will be an opportunity to worship, pray, share fellowship and learn together.
