This month we snipped and glued and let our creativity shine when we made beautiful books using an amazing array of materials, as part of "Come and... write".

 Then the children put their thinking caps on to begin the story. Some used the ocean-themed stamps whilst others preferred castles, knights and princesses. There were secret pockets for hidden messages and expanding spines to add more pages. Such a busy afternoon, but we were all fortified by delicious cakes as well as juice or tea. A lovely way to spend a damp half term afternoon, thanks to Sarah.
