As part of our worship over the last six months we have focused on This Time Tomorrow. This is where we use a time in some services where we interview a member of the congregation about what they will be doing this time tomorrow.

This gives us a chance to understand how people will be living out their faith on their frontlines – the places where they encounter people when not gathered together as church

Recently whilst Rev Dave Gardner was visiting we spoke to David Jennings about his experience outside of church – here is an entry on a blog Dave is producing

“We interviewed David (Jennings) about his IT company and his life at work. We heard how he recently helped a lady who had been widowed. Her husband was the one who did everything on the computer and so when he died, she didn’t know any of the passwords and was struggling to use it… Now, thanks to David’s help, she is skyping her grandchildren! I loved hearing how David expresses his faith through his work, and it was a great to have an insight into his life outside of church.”
